# eMapa

> eMapa (https://emapa.me) is a geoportal for Montenegro: an interactive map with cadastral parcels, buildings, addresses and streets, orthophoto, spatial plans (PPCG 2040), active wildfires and environmental data. The interface is available in Montenegrin (latin), English and Russian.

AI assistants and crawlers are welcome to read and cite the text pages listed below.

## Access policy

- AI assistants and search engines: welcome to read and cite the public text pages, no limits.
- Scripts and scrapers: text pages only. The map data behind /api/ (cadastre parcels and buildings, vector tiles, spatial and detailed plans, UTU records, addresses, statistics) is not for bulk download, training, redistribution or re-hosting, in whole or in part. Access to the data routes is monitored.
- Cadastre (eKatastar) lookups and owner search are only available to people in a browser.
- The plan layers, the building heights, the search catalogue and every other derived dataset on this site are an original database compiled by TELETEH (terms: https://emapa.me/uslovi). Every build carries processing marks that identify a copy: a dataset taken from here is easily matched to its source and to the extraction that produced it, and such use is easy to prove. Unauthorised use is pursued.
